Look good and feel better by knowing you are helping to support people with cancer.
Style For Cancer is uniting the beauty, grooming, and style industry as a force for good, helping to improve the wellbeing and confidence of all people undergoing treatment for cancer.
The initiative aims to raise awareness and much-needed funding for the Look Good Feel Better program, ensuring men, women, and young adults undergoing treatment for any type of cancer can continue to access our range of services, free-of-charge.
For Style Makers
Style For Cancer will provide style, beauty, and grooming professionals with knowledge and resources, allowing them to confidently support their clients as they navigate a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Information on skin, hair, and body changes, treatment-specific sensitivities, and other side effects to consider when discussing services with clients will be available to participating Style Makers to ensure consults and recommendations for those undergoing cancer treatment can be approached in an informed and supportive way.
Fundraising will also be encouraged as a major part of the initiative, with participating Style Makers hosting fundraising activities from 1 – 31 August 2024.
All Style Makers who sign up to take part in Style For Cancer will be listed in our online directory, so all Style Seekers know where to turn when looking for compassionate and knowledgeable service providers, Australia-wide.
For Style Seekers
Style Seekers undergoing cancer treatment can choose to visit any of the Style Makers listed in our directory knowing they will undertake the service with care and compassion.
For Style Seekers not undergoing cancer treatment, they can visit any of the participating Style Makers throughout August, knowing that they are supporting Look Good Feel Better and a donation will be made from their service so we can continue to provide our program to all Australians undergoing treatment, free of charge.
Style Seekers can find participating Style Makers in their area on the Style For Cancer website.
