Look Good Feel Better would not exist without the dedication and kindness of our amazing volunteer team. To show our appreciation each year, Volunteer of the Year awards are presented.
The Look Good Feel Better State Volunteer of the Year award is presented to those volunteers across the country who have displayed exceptional dedication and outstanding volunteer leadership to the program. These State winners are then considered for the National Volunteer of the Year award.
The recipients of the State Volunteer of the Year award are evaluated based on the nominee:
- Attending a minimum of four workshops (where applicable) in the previous calendar year.
- Actively working to raise awareness of Look Good Feel Better in their community by identifying potential new volunteers, promoting the Look Good Feel Better program within their community, and acting as a spokesperson if called upon.
- Being recognised as a knowledgeable source of information about Look Good Feel Better for other volunteers.
- Supporting Look Good Feel Better through fundraising initiatives.

State and National winners will be announced during National Volunteer Week, 20 - 26 May 2024.
