If you’re a cancer patient, we have an amazing schedule of free virtual workshops planned for you! And for those of you in our community of supporters, we would love your help in raising awareness and funds to ensure that all Australians undergoing treatment for cancer can benefit from the Look Good Feel Better program, free-of-charge.
Here’s how you can get involved in Feel Better Month throughout September:
For Patients
Feel Better, online!
In addition to face-to-face workshops and our regular women’s, men’s and teens virtual workshops on skincare, cosmetics and headwear, a range of specially curated, unisex virtual workshops will be running throughout Feel Better Month.
Experts in their fields will be hosting the sessions covering topics such as hair loss, regrowth and colouring; nail care; cosmetic tattooing; scanxiety; art therapy; scar and lymphatic massage; and meditation.

Boost that confidence
For the whole month of September at David Jones, and from Friday 1st to Friday 15th of September at Myer, $1 from every lipstick or lip gloss purchased in-store or online will be donated to Look Good Feel Better in support of Feel Better Month.
Purchase a pop of colour for your pout, and know you’ll be giving yourself and those undergoing cancer treatment a much-needed boost in confidence!

Give a gift in celebration
If you are celebrating a special occasion in September, asking your family and friends for a donation to Look Good Feel Better rather than a gift is a remarkable way to make a difference.
Your generosity will allow more Australians to participate in the Look Good Feel Better program, helping them face their cancer diagnosis with confidence – an extra-special cause for celebration!
You can choose to create a fundraising page to share with friends and family (and select Cancer Patients Foundation Limited as your charity), or simply make a one-off donation by visiting our donation page.
Spread the word on social media
Help us ensure as many people as possible know we're here to help - throughout September, spread awareness of the Look Good Feel Better program and its ability to boost the confidence of those undergoing treatment for cancer.
You can share one of our posts, or take a selfie wearing your favourite lipstick or lip gloss, tag a friend or family member who helps you ‘Feel Better’ and more confident, and share using @lgfbaustralia and #FeelBetterMonth2023.
For added support, select a lipstick available from David Jones or Myer and mention their $1 donation for every lipstick or lip gloss sold during Feel Better Month.
